Description
Non Material amendment to application P21/S0202/HH - an error was made on the drawings submitted for planning permission which is now granted. The utility space was supposed to have an internal diameter of 1200mm, however it has been submitted with an external diameter of 1200mm leaving the internal diameter just 900mm which is an unusable space unable to contain a slimline sink & surface and limiting that of the bathroom again to an unusable space. We are seeking permission to push the side part of the extension 300mm further towards the boundary with no.7 which will give us an internal diameter of 1200mm and an external diameter of 1500mm from the existing west wall. Good side access is maintained to accommodate a bin/ wheelbarrow etc.
