The proposed window serving the en suite bathroom / with the annotation "Code 5 lead flashing" on the first floor of the north east (left side) elevation of the development hereby permitted shall be obscure glazed with level 3 obscurity and fixed shut non-opening where it falls below 1.7 metres above the floor level of the associated room, and the proposed rooflight window on the first floor of the north east (left side) elevation of the development hereby permitted serving bedroom 3 shall either be obscure glazed with level 3 obscurity and fixed shut non-opening where it falls below 1.7 metres above the floor level of the associated room it serves or positioned so that the cill level is more than 1.7 metres above the floor level of the associated room and they shall be retained as such thereafter unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy DES6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
