Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, JD 001, P_3 rev f, E-1 E-2 Rev c, P-1 P-2 Rev d, E_3 E_4 E_5 rev c, O_1 O_2 O_3 rev b, LOC001, SE_1 rev a, O_2 and O_3, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to commencement of the relevant works highlighted in the document titled '2021-09-15 schedule of works (Bedroom Ceiling)' and following survey and inspection of the loft timbers, details of proposed alterations to the roof structure, including extension of the purlin, shall be shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
