Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P105, P106, P102, P103, P104, P107, P100 and P110, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials to be used for any works of making good to facilitate the works hereby approved shall be complete in materials to match the existing building in accordance with historic building best practice or in materials and details which shall have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and to protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in in accordance with Policies STRAT1, ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials and details specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and to protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in in accordance with Policies STRAT1, ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
