Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 386-06, PE-001 and LOC001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
As indicated on the plans hereby approved the first floor windows in the south and west elevations of the development hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass with a minimum of level 3 obscurity, and shall be fixed shut with the exception of a side/top openable fanlight, prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and it shall be retained as such thereafter. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no windows or other openings other than those shown on the approved plan(s) shall be inserted at first floor level in the south or west elevations of the development hereby permitted.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy DES6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
