The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 101 Rev B, 21736 1 01, 301 Rev A, 2253-304, 2253-303 B, 2253-302 B and 2253_305, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Scale cross sections through existing building showing design for proposed floor build-up in the existing building.
b. All new flue and vent extracts
c. Sample bricks for works to rebuild the chimney and for any other work of repair to the existing building, (where this differs from previously agreed details.)
d. New slates for kitchen extension
e. All works of repair, replacement or alteration of the timber structure including the roof to be shown on drawings and to be supported by structural engineers report and/or heritage reports/records as required.
f. Close section drawings of the proposed safety panels to be installed to the staircase, to include details of fixings to the existing structure.
g, All new rainwater goods
h. Joinery details for all replacement windows and doors.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
