Non Material amendment to application P19/S4649/HH for the minor changes to the appearance of the development: The zinc roof previously shown, is substituted for a tiled roof. The appearance of the rendered brick at ground floor will remain as previously shown, but external wall insulation is added beneath. This finish will continue to first floor, in place of the timber cladding previously shown.
