That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1905-D 34, 1905-D-05, 1905-D-11A, 1905-D12, 1905D09A, 1905D21B, 1905D22C, 1905D23C, 1905D24C, 1905D25B, 1905D27C, 1905D28B, 1905D29B, 1905D30B, 1905D31B, 1905D32A, 1905D33B, 1905D35A, 1905-D-01, 1905-D-10A, 1905-D-07A, 1905-D-06, 1905-D-08A, 1905-D-26A, 1905-D-03A, 1905-D-02A, 1905-D-04, 1905-DH-01 Rev A, 1905-D 36 and 1905D10A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Construction drawing/method statement for proposed underpinning in cellar b. Detailed specification for limecrete floor proposed in cellar Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Samples of external materials by photo panel in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Zinc roof b. Bricks c. Rainwater goods d. Soil vent pipes Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035. No works shall take place within the historic cellar prior to the making of a detailed record/implementation of a scheme of recording of the relevant works. This must be carried out by an archaeological/building recording consultant or organisation in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which shall first have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant works begin. Reason: As the building is of archaeological/historic importance in accordance with Policy ENV6, ENV7 and ENV9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035. Related application(s): P21/S2559/DIS
