Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1.40 Rev D, 0.20, 1.70, 0.50, 0.51, 1.51 Rev C, 1.50 Rev C, 0.44 Rev B, 0.41 Rev B, 1.41 Rev D, 0.40 Rev A, 0.42 Rev B, 1.42 Rev C, 0.10, 1.71, 0.43 Rev B, 1.43 Rev C, 0.60, 1.60, 0.30 and 1.30 Rev D, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a) Structural alterations to historic brickwork to match adjacent historic masonry including brick and lime mortar b) Construction detail for new internal openings and new glazed roof lantern in valley. c) External Joinery construction drawings at appropriate scale for all new windows and doors including appropriate timber mouldings, sill detail and glazing specification in line with conservation best practice. d) Internal Joinery construction drawings at appropriate scale for new stair cases including appropriate timber mouldings for hand rails, posts and bannisters e) A photographic schedule of external materials, to include: new roof tiles supplementing those salvaged, new vented ridge tiles and new metal rainwater goods f) Solar panel details - supplier specifications Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
