Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1146 - 1A, 1146 - 2A, 1146 - 3, 1146 - 4A, 1146 - 5B and 1146 - 6A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the works hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The rooflight hereby approved shall be set flush with the plane of the roof in which they are to be inserted.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
