Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, R932.02 Rev C, R932.01, R932.120, R932.121, R932.122 and R932.11 Rev D, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the following documents: Written Scheme of Investigation, November 2020, Historic Building roof report December 2020 unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason. To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Any works of making good are carried out in materials and finishes to match the existing such as the lathe and plaster ceiling in room F2 where the staircase would be located should be repaired in lathe and lime plaster to match.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
