Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 286_104 SVP rev, 286_105 SVP rev, 2020-02-03, 286_LP_P, 286_P100, 2020-02-06, 2020-02-07, 2020-02-02, 286_LB01, 286_P101, 286_P106, 2020-02-05, 286_LB02, 286_P102 and 286_P103, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the relevant part of the works hereby approved shall not commence until typical details, at appropriate scale, for all new joinery (windows and doors) including timber mouldings, glazing bars, sill and glazing detail shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the works hereby approved, lime mortar specification for internal re-plastering where required shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
