Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 19.790.PL.1201, 19.790.PL.1503, 19.790.PL.1500, 19.790.PL.1510, 19.790.PL.1311, 19.790.PL.1300, 19.790.PL.1310, 19.790.PL.1200, 19.790.PL.1511, 19.790.PL.1501 and 19.790.PL.1502_A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a photographic schedule of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the replacement front and rear elevation windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
