Amended design to P17/S3441/HH for single storey extensions. Block A - Make material changes using blue engineering brick plinth; change timber windows, indicated on plan, to engineered wood/aluminium/composite. Include utility area. Block B - Change roof on part indicated to an apex design. Create windows in the garden store, reduce the wall height slightly. Slight realignment of footing. Use a cropped natural stone wall to allow for cavity wall, as material change timber windows, indicated on plan, to engineered wood/aluminium/composite. Install a terrace between sections.
