Description
Modifications to previously approved Listed Building Consent to: reposition the approved ground floor Bi_fold doors; revised materials for bi-fold doors; raise the height of the plinth on the approved glazed link North elevation; fit different model of flat roof rooflight to the glazed link to that approved; amend approved extension 1st floor layout; infill 3No. approved 1st floor windows in the first floor extension in timber; Reposition the approved flue, still within the extension roof; use of Spanish Grade A slate in place of previously approved Welsh slate.
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC.002, PA.001.A, EXT.003, PA4.005, EXT.005, PA.008, PA4.007, EXT.006, EXT.004, PA.007, PA4.006, EXT.002, PA.004, PA4.003, PA.003, PA4.002, LOC.005, PA.005, PA4.004, PA4.001, EXT.001 and PA.006, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
