Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PL-024, HTS-TPP-01B, PL-023, PL-022, PL-017, PL-018, PL-019, PL-016, PL-026, PL-016, PL-021, PL-09, PL-08, PL-06, PL-07, PL-05, PL-04, PL-010, 2018-10-04 Rev A, 2018-10-02, PL-01, 2018-10-03 Rev A, 2018-10-01, PL-02, PL-03, HTS-TCP-02B and PL-024-1, and within the supporting documents except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in accordance with the materials specified on the Schedule of proposed finishes and materials (Appendix 15) hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The internal floor areas of the listed building shall only be lowered as specified on the approved plan, PL-04. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
