Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CDA170-02, CDA170-01, CDA170-LPB, CDA170-SPB, CDA170-04, CDA170-03, CDA170-TP, CDA170-05 B, CDA170-06 A, CDA170-07 A, CDA170-08 B and CDA170-09 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the development hereby approved shall not commence until detailed drawings for all new joinery in the extension has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, a detailed specification for all external materials including metal rainwater goods, handmade roof tile, imperial brick, brick bond and lime mortar along with detailed schedule of conservation works/specification of materials for alteration works to the outshut wall between pantry/new shower room and utility/boot room hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
