Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 14R-19NUN_130 B, 14R-19NUN_140 B, 8190320-4201, 14R-19NUN_910 B, 14R-19NUN_121 B, 14R-19NUN_101 B, 14R-19NUN_900 B, 002, 14R-19NUN_120 B, LOC001, 14R-19NUN_110 B, 14R-19NUN_000 E, 14R-19NUN_002 B, 14R-19NUN_001 E, 8190320-4401, 8190320-4402, 8190320-4301, 8190320-4302, 8190320-4101 A, 14R-19NUN_100 B and 14R-19NUN_600 rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

1. Prior to the commencement of the relevant works details of the following will be submitted and agreed to in writing: a) Specification of insulating materials to be used in converted buildings b) Written specification and photographic samples of external materials, including lime mortar specification for use on the converted buildings (namely buildings labelled 'Shippon', 'The Loft', 'Bothy' and existing 'Shed' in drawing 14R-19NUN_000 E) c) Details of external vents and flues d) Structural report detailing intervention required for the converted buildings e) joinery details for converted buildings The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the character of the curtilage listed buildings and their settings in accordance with CON2, CON3, CON4, CON5, CON7,and CON15 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Related application(s): P21/S2182/DIS

Any external lighting will only be permitted in accordance with a lighting scheme an plan to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the relevant works. Any such lighting shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to occupation of the development and directed at a low level. Reason: To preserve the character of the curtilage listed buildings and their settings in accordance with CON2, CON3, CON4, CON5, CON7,and CON15 of the South Oxfrodshire Local Plan 2011
