The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials and details specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
