Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P1.1b, P2a, P3a, P4a, P5a, P6a, P7a, P9a, 18 BLEW 100 B, 18 BLEW 200 A, 18 BLEW 300 B, 18 BLEW 500 A, 18 BLEW 501 A, 18 BLEW 502 A, 18 BLEW EX01, 18 BLEW EX02, 18 BLEW EX03 and 18 BLEW SL01 B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The development shall be built using only the external materials specified on the forms and/or shown on the approved drawings the subject of this planning permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
