That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information detailed in the agreed schedule of repairs and supporting information except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Joinery details of the renovations to the windows, including drawings as necessary, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works to the windows commence: Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy, Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy NP6 of the Benson Neighbourhood Plan.
