Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 921-A-055-100, 061-100 PL01, 061-101 PL01, 032-102 PL01, 052-102 PL01, 032-101 PL01, 052-101 PL01, 051-101 PL01, 031-101 PL01, 051-100 PL01, 031-100 PL01, 010-101 PL01, 032-100 PL01, 052-100 PL01, 053-100 PL01, 020-100 PL01 and 020-101 PL01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Following the removal of the ceiling but prior to any other alterations to the roof structure, the appearance of the vaulted roof and, the lining of it shall be agreed in writing, with any relevant drawing, with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the historic and architectural qualities of the listed building in line with Local Plan Policy CON3. Related application(s): P19/S2701/DIS
