That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO001, CMP001 and LOC001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as number 14 Swanston Field.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
