Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works for which this consent is granted shall be begun within a period of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act, 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1157.PL.007b, 1157.SU.001 and 1157.PL.001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
