That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 18702A.2 and 103720.B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That 3 months after the first occupation of the replacement dwelling approved under planning ref P12/S2381/FUL, the use of the building which is the subject of this planning application, shall return to the use as an ancillary domestic building and the temporary residential use shall cease.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policies D3,D4 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
