That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO001, 18.01.A and LOC001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Within 3 months of the date of this planning permission the car parking spaces as shown on drawing 18/01 A shall be constructed, laid out, surfaced, drained and completed to be compliant with sustainable drainage (SuDS) principles. The car parking spaces shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking and manoeuvring of motor vehicles at all times. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the provision of off-street car parking in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The variation of Condition 7 of planning permission P72/H0491 hereby approved relates to 10 Queen Close only. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to ensure the provision of off-street car parking in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
