Description
Non material amendment to application ref. P18/S1496/HH - Addition of one new roof light to the east elevation of the proposed garage/carport building. Proposed low-level brick retaining walls to either side of gates omitted. Proposed gate piers to be finished in reconstituted stone in lieu of facing brickwork; slight adjustment to size of piers. Access drive between highway and gates to be finished in tarmac in lieu of loose gravel (as required by highways). Demolition of existing garage and shed. Erection of new single storey garages with room in roof, with retaining wall to existing bank; new entrance gates to existing vehicular access with improved/ reduced profile to ramp.
