Non material amendment to application ref. P18/S1496/HH - Addition of one new roof light to the east elevation of the proposed garage/carport building. Proposed low-level brick retaining walls to either side of gates omitted. Proposed gate piers to be finished in reconstituted stone in lieu of facing brickwork; slight adjustment to size of piers. Access drive between highway and gates to be finished in tarmac in lieu of loose gravel (as required by highways).
