Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO 01, 18 RB 001 and LOC 01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials to be used for the extension and alterations to the chimney stacks hereby approved shall be complete in handmade brickwork and mortar joints of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing stacks.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All re-pointing and plaster work to the existing fire place hereby permitted shall only be completed in breathable lime based materials or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
