That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO001, COM001, LOC001 and LOC002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason:To ensure that the special historic and architectural qualities of the grade II listed building are not diminished, in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
