Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the advertisements hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC01 and AD001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
This consent shall be for a limited period up to 4 December 2020 or until the housing development of the site (approved under application P16/S0077/O) is completed, whichever shall first occur. After such time the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed.
Reason: The use of the site for the permanent display of advertisements would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
