The first floor window in the west (north west), side elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass, and shall be fixed shut with the exception of a top hung openable fanlight positioned at least 1.7 metres above the finished floor level of the room, prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and it shall be retained as such thereafter unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
