The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, S3027/11B, S3027/12B and S3027/13B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of work:
a. A detailed schedule of works to include drawings following initial investigations
b. Joinery details/specification for all new windows and doors
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the curtilage listed building and the setting of the host listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
