Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, New Inn Floor Plan and New Inn Shower room, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The new partition walls should carefully abut historic fabric/finishes and be easily removed. The details of this shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
Reason: In the interests of protecting the character and the historic importance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Pipework and soil vent pipes should follow existing internal routes. If a new external soil vent pipe is needed, the details shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of works.

Details of the appearance and installation of the mechanical ventilation should be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
