That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Block Plan B and Elevations Plan V2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Within three (3) months of the date of this permission, all other unauthorised boundary fence panels must be removed or reduced to a height in accordance with the height criteria of Schedule 2 Part 2 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development ) Order 1995 (Amended). Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON7 on the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
