To carry out repairs and modifications to existing railings and gate: - excavate ground, remove end post and stay, including approximately 1.2m of railing - to cut 1 finial from redundant panel and weld into position (where one point is missing) - to heat and straighten 1 bent finial - to cut out damaged infill bar and replace with new - to remove gate, supply and fit new hinges, new handles and latch and closing stile - reinstall gate in free working order. Paint all works, 1 coat black primed.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
