The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Drwg's 1106:01, 1106:23A, 1106:24A, 1106:26A and 1106:27A except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policies CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

P13/S1248/DISPrior to the commencement of the works hereby approved a detailed specification of any external ducts, drainage, flue pipes or means of external venting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any such works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policies CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

a. A schedule of repairs including details of render repairs;

d. Conservation style roof lights;
e. works to the sitting room fireplace;
f. The new stairs in the barn; and
g. The new kitchen floor
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
