That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans,11752-2-01A, 11752-2-02A, 11752-2-03A, 11752-2-04A, 11752-2-05A, 11752-2-06A, 11752-2-07A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of any works to reinstate the first floor, details of the proposal including a plan showing the section detail, proposed methods and materials shall be first submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority, and shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. The proposed inspection of the existing timbers shall be undertaken by an independent specialist and this report shall be used as the basis for the proposed treatment of the historic timbers.
