Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of a period of 3 years from 30 January 2008 the temporary accommodation shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to assess the viability of the agricultural unit in accordance with Policies G4, GB2 and A6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person solely or mainly working, or last working, in the locality, in agriculture or forestry, or a widow or widower of such a person, and any resident's dependant. Reason: The proposed dwelling is situated in the rural area where the Local Planning Authority would not normally grant permission for such a development and this permission is granted solely in order to fulfill an essential agricultural need, in accordance with Policy A6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
