Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That during the first planting season following completion of the fence new planting of the same species shall be carried out along the entire length of the fence hereby permitted and shall be tended as to grow to, and remain at a height of not less than 2 metres. Any new plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed withhin three years of completion of the development shall be replaced with an identical specimen and the replacement shall be properly maintained. Reason: To help assimilate the development within its surroundings and in ensure that the development is in accordance with Policies C2 and G2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the works shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted method statements recieved 3 April 2007. Reason: To safeguard trees and vegetation which are visually important and to ensure the development is in accordance with Policies C2 and G2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Within two months of the completion of the fence, the fence shall be painted in accordance with details submitted with the application. Reason: To help assimilate the development into its surroundings and ensure teh development is in accordance with Policies C2 and G2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
