Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the brickwork to be used for the garden wall shall be laid in a Flemish bond. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used for the garden wall shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the garden wall shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing garden wall. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
