Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no windows shall be inserted in the south-east elevation of the extension facing Wing Wah and the windows shown at first floor level in the north-west elevation facing No 2 Powell Close shall not be altered or enlarged unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That those windows on the submitted plan reference 5067 014.B shown to be obscure glazed shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the premise as extended and these windows shall be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
