Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, full details of the proposed windows and doors at a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of the works.
