That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, full details of the proposed windows and doors at a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of the works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the frame of the conservatory shall be constructed in painted hardwood. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
