That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That a schedule of all materials to be used in the external construction of the development hereby permitted, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. A sample panel, including the principal materials to be used, shall be constructed at the site as part of the schedule to be agreed, and shall remain on site during the progress of works.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
