Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That a schedule of all materials to be used in the external construction of the development hereby permitted, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. A sample panel, including the principal materials to be used, shall be constructed at the site as part of the schedule to be agreed, and shall remain on site during the progress of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan. Related application(s): P18/S4303/DIS

That details of all external lighting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Other than the approved scheme, there shall be no other external lights. Reason: To protect the visual amenity of the locality in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the shop front to 24 Market Place, including samples of all new materials, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan. Related application(s): P10/E1386/DIS

That, prior to the commencement of the works, a scheme for the making good of the widened ginnel shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
