Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

No work shall take place until samples of the bricks for the plinth to be used in the construction of the work hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the established character and special historical and/or architectural qualities of the listed building are protected and that the character of the surroundings are preserved in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the type, design and finish of the doors and windows, including section and elevation drawings at a scale of 1:20 and 1:5, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the work and shall thereafter implemented as approved. Reason: To ensure that the established character and special historical and/or architectural qualities of the listed building are protected in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a sample panel of the bricks with lime mortar to be used for the external walls shall be constructed and inspected on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences and thereafter implemented as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the work are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That works shall not begin until details of paint schemes have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the fabric of the listed building shall be properly protected during the works. Reason: To ensure that the established character and special historical and/or architectural qualities of the listed building are protected in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
