That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the fabric of the listed building is properly protected during the repair and construction works. Reason: To ensure that the established character and special historical and/or architectural qualities of the listed building are protected in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The replacement windows shall be single glazed as per the approved details, with the frames to match the existing.
