Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials for the walls and roof shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H13 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
