Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description, plans and specifications contained in the application, subject to the amendments referred to above, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That detailed drawings at scale 1:1 and 1:10 of the proposed glazed doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works.
