Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That prior to commencement, details of the proposed windows and doors shall be submitted at 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation) and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to commencement, details of the external paint colour and other finishes shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect the historic timber frame of the listed building and to ensure the provision of adequate weatherproofing in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to commencement, details of the proposed vents, flues and extract ducts shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to commencement, details of how the original front door will be blocked/retained in position shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

That prior to commencement, details of the upgrading of the east wall of the original building shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

That prior to commencement, a full schedule of repair works to be carried out to the property shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
