Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1 of schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that order), no windows shall be inserted in the south west elevation unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To protect local amenities and to ensure the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Prior to the conversion of the garage, the parking and turning areas for the dwelling shall be provided in accordance with the plans (2608/05 and 2608/06) and shall be constructed, laid out, surfaced (bound material), drained and completed, and shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking and turning of vehicles at all times.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and the amenity of the surrounding area in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
