That the proposed second access would be located close to the boundary wall of No.18 Manor Farm Road, obstructing vision into and out of the site such that the required pedestrian visibility splay will not be achieved. An additional vehicular access is not considered necessary due to the existing off-road parking provision at the property and the proposal would increase the number of turning movements in to and out of the site, to the detriment of highway safety contrary to Policy T8 of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan and Policy T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
